Meet local business owners, Phillip & Karen.

Phillip & Karen are the owners of Sinjeon Korean Street Food, who fell in love with the vibrant but relaxed atmosphere of Seddon when they decided to open a restaurant in Victoria Street in 2023.

“We love the closeness of the community, we have grown to notice the strong ties the residents have through so many of our meaningful chats with our customers and the community.”

Sinjeon serves tapas style Korean street food and drinks that can be shared with friends and family.

As Phillip describes, they provide “Korean comfort food restaurant that is intensely focused on giving our customers a warm food belly. Be it Bibimbap, Fried chicken, Kimbap, Toppoki, Ramen! Comfort food you would typically find in the street food tents in Korea.”
