Alfa was an idea in the making long before it came into existence.

The concept behind Alfa started all the way back in the early 1990’s when owners Chris and George were just young lads! Working under their parents to learn the ins and outs of running a successful bakery, Chris and George took their passion to Melbourne’s inner west and soon created two of the most established cafes; Alfa Seddon and Alfa Yarraville.
