Meet Jo from Once More With Feeling

On the east side of Charles Street you find Jo’s precious vintage store Once More With Feeling. Her bright and fun persona is seen in every single piece which she has hand-selected for the store herself.

To help you get to know Jo, we got to ask her a few questions:

Q. How long have you been running Once More With Feeling here in Seddon?

A. 6 years

Q. In one sentence, tell us what Once More With Feeling is.

A. We are a vintage store for women.

Q. How has your business changed over the past few years?

A. I used to sell menswear as well as womenswear, but found there was little interest from men. My business has become more popular since I opened and I think this is due to younger people moving to the area and the changing demographic in Seddon.

Q. What do you love most about the Seddon community?

A. I like seeing the same people wandering around each day. We have an eclectic range of shops and great restaurants & bars.

Q. What is one thing you believe makes Seddon unique?

A. I like the way Seddon forms a bridge between working class Footscray and hip Yarraville. In my opinion, it embodies the best of both worlds!
